Announcing the PAHOA Picnic on October 17th

September 18th, 2010 by admin No comments »

It’s that time of year again! Time for the annual PAHOA Picnic and neighborhood meeting. We will be having hot dogs, hamburgers and request you bring a dish to share.

Also this cookout is when we elect your 2011 HOA board. You will be notified in the next Cottonfield Courier with more specifics. Also there will be a ballot sent out to all plot owners in good standing with HOA dues . We would love to see some new faces on the board for next year. It’s very important to keep the neighborhood safe, secure and make Providence Acres a great place to live. If you have any questions about serving on the HOA board please contact one of your current board members.

The picnic will start at 1:00 pm on Sunday.

We hope to see a good turn out this year just like the Spring picnic.

If you are planning to come, please let a board member know so we can plan efficiently for food.

Hope to see you there!

Dogs in the neighborhood

August 27th, 2010 by admin No comments »

Hi Everyone,

We have received several complaints about dogs roaming the neighborhood in the morning. Please be a good neighbor and keep your dog under your supervision. We all have a right to walk in the neighborhood without worrying about being hassled by various dogs.

If this cannot be handled on a volunteer basis, the next step will be calling animal control on these dogs.

We don’t want it to get to that point but, if the issue isn’t addressed the next step will be calling animal control.

Thanks for your help in addressing this situation.

How about this snow?

January 30th, 2010 by admin No comments »

Looks like we received about an inch of snow. Roads will continue to be slippery for the rest of the weekend. Try to stay at home and don’t risk the dangers of driving in this weather. Temperatures will be low for the weekend so the roads should be slick. My advise is to pop in a couple of movies and enjoy a well deserved weekend off!

If you have take some good pictures this weekend. Please forward to me and I’ll post them on the website!

Have a great weekend.
