For those of you who didn’t know, in November we had 2 accidents at our front entrance within 5 days of each other. We have made contact with the insurance companies and the claims are lined up. The board is working on getting quotes for the repair. So far we have had two masonry companies promise quotes and they failed to do so.
We have finally found a reputable company and we are wrapping up the numbers now.
Most of the damage is to the wall itself. The border bricks have been repaired. We do have some sprinkler system damage as well as some electrical issues that will be included in the repairs. We hope to have things moving forward with the repairs soon.
