Your 2019 PAHOA dues letters were mailed this week. Please let me know a board member know if you haven’t received your invoice in the next week or so.
Paying your dues on time is very important. The dues go to pay for our street lights, plantings, maintenance, and water for the front entrance among other expenses.
Your HOA Board serves on a volunteer basis and is elected annually by the neighborhood.
Please remember to pay your dues in January.
